U.M.A.A. Application & Request Center

The U.M.A.A. Application & Request Center serves as the official intake point for membership applications, registry matters, rank recognition, school and dojo affiliation, instructor credentials, replacement documents, and approved association service requests. Submissions are reviewed according to association standards, available records, leadership authorization, and the nature of the request.

All submissions are routed to the U.M.A.A. office for administrative review.
