Apply for U.M.A.A. Membership
Submit one official application for membership consideration. Rank, school affiliation, instructor credentials, Registry standing, and organizational office follow their own approval requirements.
Identity protection: Membership does not grant unrestricted permission to reproduce, sell, alter, or falsely represent U.M.A.A. names, logos, insignia, credentials, certificates, merchandise, affiliation, rank, or office.
